This was a mini photo shoot of the Kemp Family's visit to Savannah! Leanna's mom and grandma came all the way from Wisconsin to visit Leanna at her new apartment in Savannah. Thankfully, even though there was a hurricane hitting the East Coast, we had a weekend of beautiful weather--much better than all the snow in Wisconsin! Come back soon and bring the whole family :)
Last week I went to the grocery store to just buy some bread andddd.... also ended up buying a jumbo bag of Halloween candy. It seemed like a great idea until somehow 3/4ths of it has already disappeared... So I decided instead of spending the next week polishing off the rest of the bag, I'd get Lacasse Design involved in some Halloween spirit! I don't have a costume for Halloween yet, but at least my little owl guy has some options. What are you guys being for Halloween this year?
This shoot was incredibly special for me. It was of one of my nearest and dearest friends and her awesome Fiancé. Michelle and I met my freshman year of college and we have had quite our share of adventures together. I believe the first day we even met ended in us posing in snuggies in the middle of THE largest Dollar General in all of Tennessee. It's only gotten better from there. I've also known Tony since freshman year--before these love birds even started dating. I've been able to watch their relationship grow over these past few years and couldn't be more excited for them. I was even on the cruise when Tony proposed to Michelle as they rode horses across the white sand beaches of Jamaica (so romantic right?!). So, thank you Michelle and Tony for trusting me with your photos-- I was honored to capture these special moments for you and wish you guys so much happiness in your future lives together.
When we weren't taking pictures, we were hitting the lake for some good ol' fashioned tubing fun. Perhaps the next direction for my business.... EXTREME Engagement photography.
